All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or unsuitability.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, including photo evidence, so we can assess the issue.

 

All products should be used with appropriate adult supervision. Age recommendations provided are general guidelines only. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure products are suitable and safe for the intended child. 

 

4. No Recommendations for NDIS

 

We do not provide product recommendations, endorsements, or guidance regarding NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) plans or funding. Any decisions regarding the inclusion of our products in an NDIS plan are solely the responsibility of the participant and/or plan manager.

 

5. Age & Safety Responsibility

 

Children must be supervised when using our products. We provide general age suitability guidelines, but it is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to determine whether a product is appropriate and safe for the child in their care.

 

6. Order Fulfilment and Shipping

 

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Shipping times vary depending on location and carrier. We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the shipping provider.
